Black hornets

They are still out there. When I was talking with Kein oh,mabey a week ago,he had 3 polyps left.He did say that he did use a few because a few did melt away, but they are still out there.

someone local to me has a few polyps....i'm patiently waiting for my polyp because he hasn't gotten the cohonez to cut it yet.

Patience is key :)

Rather safe than sorry when it comes to these

I had someone bring them in last month. Growing them out. I will keep you guys posted. I have not seen any new growth!! But still open and happy so that is a start.

Yeah I was pretty bummed to see it disappear that fast. Mr. Coral I will have to keep up with you and yours, it would be worth a trip up to Frederick to pick up a few polyps.

Anyone has some pictures of these? (recent ones) I don't remember them.

Im guessing these used to go for a fortune..now that alot of them melted...now they go for a double fortune..making Bill Gates think twice about buying them..right?

They use to be only $75 a polyp. I don't know how much they will go for now since they are very limited and no one wants to frag them.

Vivid sells what they call Aussie Orchids. They look very similar, if not the same, as these so called Black Hornets. I got three polyps of them a few weeks ago.

Aussie Orchids

i think they are of the same morph and was collected from the exact same locale...
