I'm new to sps. My tank is about a year old now my parameters seem to be in the correct zones and my lps and softies seem to be doing fine. My concern is that I have noticed some bleaching on some new sps that I have. I think it was caused because my PAR was just too high. I have lowered my settings and have hopefully dropped my par levels down. I do not have a PAR tester but I do have YouTube and was able to get a review on my light settings. I'm hoping that by lowering the intensity it will have corrected the PAR levels. My concern is that will the bleaching correct itself. I have not noticed any flesh loss. Any idea of time line till improvement? Or anything I should keep my eye on? Any help would be appreciated thanks all

Depending on how bad you bleached them, and your nutrients levels, weeks to months for recovery.

Make sure you keep them out of the light, give them good flow, nutrients, and stability.

It was probably the move more than the output of the lights. Unless you have really bad quality white diodes (of which there are many), then you did not likely get it too much light. In any case, it will come back.
