Brown algae problem or not?

Looking at the glass around the bottom of the walls of it there is this Brown film looking algae is it a problem or is it normal?

I currently have the same problem with my barebottom, it's hard to scrape off yah? I only clean off the viewing panels and leave the rest for my CuC.

I have sand in the bottom but it's on all of my viewing panels

Yeah kinda
