Bubble Algae??? What is that?

Hey guys,

My tank is running for about 2 months now and i have got some nuisance algae growing since cycling. This thing is about an inch tall and wide and looks like a big bubbly structure. I thought its bubble algae but it got bigger and bigger. It has a redish color and grows on my rock. What could it be? Sry for the bad pictures hope someone can id it.

So its not bad right? Is it beneficial? You can see trough it. Sponges can be transparent?

Sponges are filter feeders. They appear and disappear with the conditions of your tank. Sponges can be white, trans, pinkish, etc. They are the sign of a healthy tank. Nice work
