Bubble magus t11 problem

I turned on and of my Doser t11 bm and now on the screen it says loading its froze on there I've tried every button holding buttons turning it on and off and nothing same thing I wrote there company by email and no reply has anyone experienced this need some help thanks

I don't know where you are, or where you are from, but you might try some punctuation in your post.

Has the maker ever replied to your email requests?

Same issue here and support is non-existent.
