Building refugiums/sump.

First chamber holds the socks, 2nd is the refugium, 3rd chamber protein skimmer and last chamber return pump. 75 gallon display tank, 30 gallon long refugiums/sump. My problem is my heater. It is a H2Pro 500. It’s so long. I don't want to waste that much space in the 4th chamber. Can I put the heater in a different chamber? Thank you.

You can put the heater anywhere in the sump. It will heat the water no matter what.
