So, in your building of your reef, did you rush it or plan it out slowly??? Post a comment or vote but I and possibly many would like to here what you planned out or if you rushed it. I for one rushed mine. I got newbie fever when I got my 240 and we'll I rushed it. Now I'm deciding on a complete rebuild to get a 240 worthy of videos. I have the fish and corals and inverts, but without a total package, what's a system really? So let's here it! Pics too if possible

Ok, no voting. I still can't work that out. Just post y'all, lol.

I have rushed tanks in the past...40, 125, 150. They ended up messy tanks. I am tearing down two of those and redoing the 150 soon.

My last build, a 120, was carefully planned out piece by piece to be what I wanted in the end, took just over a year for it to see water.

My newest build, a 180, is getting built quicker but still being planned out. Two months in and it is wet. I have plans, but not as elaborate as the 120 just because of the end fish result.

Thanks Rayn. Sound great. Looking forward to the thread

My current 130g tank was meticulously planned out and took me a year, almost to the day of getting the tank itself, to get it wet. A lot of the delay was work and health issues, but I was in no hurry to get it all assembled. I am still working on finishing the stand.

Thanks Dave. I never finished my stand, it's possibly on the docket if/when I reboot the reef
