Bulk Core7 base elements missing 100 mL 1b solution?

I got a bulk (4L) supply of Core7 base elements from BRS a month ago during their sale.

the introductions for mixing say to mix solution 1 with RODI and this 100 mL of 1b.

I did not get the 1b solution. BRS dis not know if this was required or not.
Any insight?

Running low and need to mix more solution in the next week.
