Bulk reef ratings?

I Sent you ratings two separate times for product citr pro dx in tank refugium with pump, about the poor quality of the pump that was included and how I had to replace it because of how loud it was. I see it has still not been accepted for moderation. Why is this? Do you only accept positive reviews for your products? I guess your relationship with your vendors is more important the the one with your customers? I'm just trying to look out for my fellow reefers. I might have to shop elsewher

How long ago? It can take some time to get posted. I've left a negative review that got posted without edit.

Our moderator and member of our marketing team that clears reviews recently had a baby and is a little backed up on clearing them, so I'm sorry for the delay. Being new to the hobby, I can attest to amazing customer support from @Bulk Reef Supply . Heck, if you watch enough of their videos, you will actually see that they have NO problems showing a spotlight of a product page in a video for something that has 2-3 stars. I think they are smart enough commercially to not censor feedback.
