Order some MgCl too while you're at it. I actually NEED some of that.

Is there a specific brand? I'm having a hard time finding a website that carries both items.

MagFlake is probably the only one I'd use. Buckeye Field Supply has it and that's where I got mine in the past.

I've used BRS for a few years now. I like the convenience of buying the two part kits that make a gallon of each. It's pre-measured packets that are perfect for smaller tanks. Rob, I have several extra kits if you need one. They also come with a smaller packet of magnesium that you typically lose after a gallon of dosing.

Thank you for the offer Karen but I still have a bit of calcium on hand (unless you just wan't to give it away, in that case I'll take it) . I'm going to order Cal and Mag from Buckeye Field Supply early next week.

Make sure the magnesium is a mixture of sulfate and chloride!
