Can anyone help identify

10 yrs I have never seen this in my tank .at first I thought it was a brissleworm

dragging something stuck to it .took a magnifying glass and it is part of the creature

I think it is a brittle star that lost most of his arms

They frag through the body when they reproduce. Missing arm won't live.
