Perhaps a green nepthea. Looks like it isn't extended. How long has it been in the tank?

Oh, its extended now haha. sorry this was taken straight after i added him. but he's still bent over

They like flow but make sure it's not getting too much. They can droop with lighting changes...ramp up or ramp down. They can also shed when placed in a new environment or trampled by a shrimp lol

Low to medium flow. Mine is at 230-250 par.
