I noticed two of my chalices have tentacles extending from their mouth's. The two are the Hollywood Stunner (23+ eyes) and the Bahama Mama (2 eyes). Are they hungry or is this just a thing they do regularly? I've noticed it happen daytime and nighttime. Thanks for the help!

Yes! :D Most lps though would eat all the time if you fed them! You can feed them to grow faster!

Lol ok thanks for that. Never really saw them before, then did and now its an everyday thing I see. I feed/dose my tank regularly with marine snow and a thing I picked up called coral vibrance by ocean fresh. Any other ideas that may help>?

You can shoot some brine shrimp or really anything into their tentacles and they will eat it. After that they will come back for more. It's a good sign that your corals are happy and healthy!

Yah the brine shrimp is always an issue. The fish love them as well. Sort of a battle between me and the fish when feeding the corals. :horse:I've used soda bottles to combat this but so many pieces to feed that I can never really tell if everyone gets fed!
