Closed Loop turnover rate question.

I'm thinking of running a closed loop on my next tank by repurposing two 1" hole at the bottom of my 60G Cube. Would a Sicce SDC 3.0 at 800GPH 7.5ft be enough or I should use a sicce SDC 6.0 1400gph 11.5ft ?
The turnover rate should be 20x-40x (1200GPH-2400GPH) in a system so my guess it the 3.0 version is not strong enough ?

Water fflow really depends on the corals you're keeping. FWIW, I'm happy with a lot less.

Yeah I guess but I'm aiming mixed reef again for down the road.

I would do SDC 6. You can always throttle back.
