Clown goby looking rough

Good morning,
Recently I noticed my watchman goby was missing a lot of his fins. Based on how he interacts in the tank and with his pistol shrimp I surmised it was fun rot. I removed him from the display and placed him in a qt tank and started kanaplex. The next day I noticed my yellow citron goby to be looking far worse than the other goby. I removed him from the display tank and also put him in the qt with kanaplex. He is eating fine but his whole body looks rough, like severe fin rot or something worse. I can’t get a great picture but here’s what I have or the citron goby. Any insight on what he might have?

The watchman goby looks fine, fins still torn up but acting quite normal. As for the citron goby it could be late stage Ich and fin rot. I have thought about dosing copper after the kanaplex treatment in case
