Hey,

So I have an 80g 48''x24'' and my stock list is a chevron tang, a pair of ocellaris clowns, a lawnmower blenny, and a melanurus wrasse. I was planning on leaving it at that, and most likely i will, i love all my fish and they all seem happy, and get along well. But the other day i was at the LFS and saw a pair of madagascar tangs, and i really liked them, i thought i wonder if they would be compatible with my setup? I know clowns can be territorial towards each other, but they fish are a different species so i didn't know it it still applied?

Has anyone ever house two pairs of clowns from different species. more specifically, ocellaris and madagascar.

If the clowns take up residency on different sides of the tank, they may coexist, but if one pr hosts towards the middle of the tank there will likely be fighting.
