I posted more pics. You literally cant see it without the blue light. But you can see the red behind the one clown's fin which was hard to see in the blue lightYou can setup a basic qt for relatively cheap. Even a Rubbermaid tub with an hob filter, a heater, and a small powerhead will work.
Where are you from? If you're near DC-Baltimore area I can help you with a setup. If not, try the regional forums and see if you can't get some help locally
Ammonia is currently zeroGills look red as well. Just how old is this tank?
Have you tested for ammonia?
could it have been from high ammonia?Gills look red as well. Just how old is this tank?

The fish were added without full cycle complete? The fish were put into the tank with bio spira without the tank full established. I’m not sure if this helps diagnosis. I’m still in denial about brook because of how long it’s been and how it’s only been around his eye for so long (hasn’t spread it’s been 2 weeks)

All, I am not saying it's not brook, but could that be ammonia burns?
Tank was running 1.5 weeks before I added bio and pairHow long was tank running before fish we're added?
Just because you added Biospiria doesn't mean your tank could process ammonia properly.

You can get a better id here. I am admittedly not really great at diagnosing.
It is hard to diagnose illness.Even from reading those it’s hard to say... like some pics look like it but it could be any one of those

This exactly! This appears to be early stage Brook to me. Pics are hard to see but from what I can see, that's my initial diagnosis.
Highly recommend setting up a QT tank and starting with metroplex or a medication that contains metronidazole. Brook can kill quickly, but with it just starting to show up you still have time to treat properly.
You will want to treat all of your fish and allow your DT to be fallow for 6 weeks to rid it of Brook. You may take the safer route of 76 days to be sure it's completely clear.
It has showed on the clown for 2 weeks nowThis exactly!
YupIt has showed on the clown for 2 weeks now

no medication so farHas he been in any medication during that time (like copper)?
no medication so far
what should treatment be? Do I have to fallowIt would be highly unlikely for a clownfish to survive for 2 weeks with an active Brooklynella infestation.
Me thinks a bacterial infection or a really bad case of Lymphocystis is more probable.
