Clownfish identification please

Please tell me what kid of clownfish these are

They tend to get darker with age, starting as orange as juveniles, then turning a dusty brownish orange, and then to black. The fish with a mocha coloration are usually younger.

Black Ice Snowflake?? They have a blue tint to them all on the upper fin

Nice. My suggestion would be to wait a few rounds for the male and female to get used to laying and tending to the clutch. You may want to add a small piece of tile so that you can easily remove it on hatch night.

No, I would wait for possibly 3-4 rounds to pass before trying to collect the babies. It allows the mother to get better at laying and the male to get better at taking care of the eggs. This increases the rate of success because the babies are stronger. The extra time will also allow you to read up on the process, and to get your rotifer culture up and running, and most important -- stable. For some reason, I always have issues with my rotifer cultures.
