Clownfish sick

Alright noticed some what seems to be gashes on my female clown but there is only the male and a goby in my tank so I assume she is sick.. Please tell me what I need to do to fix her!!! She still eats well but want to cure her prior to anything worse

How big are these 2 fish? How long have you had them?

One month locally grown from fry and the female is like 3"
Male about 2"

Both are adults about 3 years old

Is that clown hosting a hammer? The black spots in her orange markings look like stings to me.
