Okay so i need a little help with adding my new brs co2 scrubber. I have a redsea 600 skimmer with the dc upgrade. So the issue i am running into is theres not a second hole in the lid to pull air from which is already being occupied by the upgrade sensor. Any help would be appreciated

So, this is to recirculate? And the “upgrade sensor” is to shut the skimmer off when it triggers? If so I’d drill another hole. However, this whole adding soda lime thing, with a possible route into the tank is a bit scary to me. Have you got a controller that could kill the power if the pH spikes, as another line of defense?

Oh, that’s a thought.
In theory, the RS sensor would prevent that from even happening. But then we are talking about old NASA vs. SpaceX on how many levels of redundancy is cost effective.
