I have a few st. Thomas mushrooms and they’ve been losing color and turning brown. I’ve tried high light and low light, and neither seem to be doing to job of getting them to color back up again.

Any suggestions?

What are your parameters at? Browning may be a sign of excessive nutrients but also could be an indicator that something else is off with your water parameters.

Yeah I do feed generously. I haven’t done a nitrate test on my tank in forever though. No algae problems. I do weekly 10% changes, skim, and carbon dose. I’ll look into getting my water tested and maybe feeding less. Thanks!
