Connecting 2 sumps

I want to connect 2 sumps together using bulk heads. The Bulkhead on the DT is 1" and I plan on using a max drive 700 pump. I want the water level on both tanks to be at the same height.

What is the size of bulkhead should I use to connect the 2 tanks?

I would put two 1" or one 1 1/2"

I'd do a 1 1/2" bulkhead. It's my favorite.
