Continuous water change???

I've been doing continuous water changes for two years with a very simple approach. I establish a constant drip rate out of my system into a waste drum. The water I remove is replaced by the ATO (RO/DI water passed through a Nielson reactor). About 1 time each week, I check my salinity. When the salinity drops from 1.025 to 1.024, I fill up a nylon mesh bag (I use "The Bag") with dry Instand Ocean salt mix and place that full bag into the sump. It takes 6-12 hours for that salt to dissolve. I check the salinity after 24 hours and repeat the process of adding dry salt mix if needed to get to 1.025. After 5 or 6 times, I have to soak the bags in dilute acid to get the crust off of them to restore them to normal condition. This is pretty simple. Takes me about 2 minutes each week with teh bags plus I spend about 3 minutes pumping out my waste drum. Additionally, I crank up the exiting water drip rate when I want to elevate the system pH. That's because more water leaving the system causes the ATO to put more water through the Nielson reactor.
