I got these sweet looking zoas today for $10..i love the yellow centers and that purple looks much better in person

SI you can tell by the rock High high high light. look out for sponges and bacterial die off. very nice find for the price

couple updated pics of these...they have grown pretty quick..the blue is not as bright as it once was but the yellow has got very bright

the yellow coloration looks great. do you have these under high lighting or lower? what are your lights? where in tank is this piece located?

i have these palced up high..the highest point on my rocks..i don't have the stongest lighting..i have 2 150w hqi 14ks..and 2 95w compacts..they are also in high flow..i agree rev i think they look better now and can't wait to see how bright they are in a couple more months

thats interesting. in my experience when my yellows get a lot of light they tend to turn green.

i always thought that yellows do better up high as well
