I am about to purchase a CBB to hopefully help with an aptasia outbreak in my tank. I plan on treating with Prazipro initially and having coppersafe on hand if needed while in quarantine. If there are any other medications I should have on hand or suggestions from those who have dealt with this fragile fish I’d appreciate it.My 100 gallon tank has been up over 2 years and has a large amount of rock work with a healthy pod population.
The lfs I plan on buying CBB from claims it is eating frozen mysis and brine and I’ll have them feed fish for me before buying
TIA

You should check to see if your LFS carries live black worms. I have had a CBB for about a year and half and he only eats black worms. Doesn’t touch aptasia unfortunately

Just me but I would never get a Copperband without seeing it alive and active and eating for about 2-3 weeks at an LFS first. That way you have a good shot at knowing that the fish is eating and going to adapt well to captivity. They are very similar to Leopard Wrasses in that respect.
