My Cor 20 is showing low voltage after shutting off for a water change. I shut it off through apex fusion so it wasn't a user error like unplugging it, shut it off the same way I do every time. Went to turn my pumps back on after water change and I'm getting low voltage and the return pump isn't working. I checked the Neptune forum with no luck. Anyone here have any ideas on what to do? Also, Neptune support isn't open on a weekend.

I would double check all electric connections? I the display lit on the controller?

Everything is connected and lit up on eb8. You can hear it click when you try to turn it on but the 3rd light keeps blinking and the volt ! Is showing on fusion

Sorry, not much help beyond that. Maybe post on the Neptune forum directly? Or Neptune Community on the Neptune website?

If you have not done so already, I would try to run the pump directly from a wall outlet to see if it is the pump that is the issue.

Did that too. I'm pretty sure the driver is bad

Have you tried taking the pump apart, cleaning it and re seating the O'Ring?
Re: Plugging the Cor20's power supply into the wall. Honesty you should be doing that anyways, and not wasting an Energy Bar Outlet.

If the third light is blinking , it's a low voltage issue according to the manual.

Also I would open a support ticket with Neptune if you can't resolve.

Pump is clean and plugged in multiple different outlets.

I would suggest opening a support ticket with Neptune Systems, if you haven't already.
