Coral ID?

Hello everybody, have a picture of some coral I fell in love with but have no idea what it’s called, if anybody could chime in it would be greatly appreciated, it looks like it is anchored down in the sand and has a tannish color, looks to be a soft coral. Any help is appreciated! Also sorry for the low quality it’s a screenshot from a YouTube video.
