Hello im somewhat new to saltwater aquariums, ive had my tank for about 6 months. My question is im having trouble growing different color coraline algae the only color i have is a reddish color bur from what i understand other colors have to be physically brought into the tank? How would i go about getting other colors of algae? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much

You can buy live rock from fellow reef members on your local forum, even scrap pieces with corraline will do.
But also check your levels of magnesium, calcium and alkalinity, as those can have an impact if you have it, but it's not growing.
