So I will be refunding you 70% (for 5 out of 7 corals) of your order and I was still trying to work with you on what to do but you decided to post this for whatever reason before we even figured it out?
You say the issue is difficult because I do not think it is fair to replace corals that got to you perfectly healthy with full pe and perfect looking tissue but died in your frag tank that looks very very new... Here are the pictures YOU sent me after you dripped them for hours.
I always try to do what is best as another hobbiest but to replace these, I do not think is fair. I really should only be refunding for 3 out of the 7 corals, but I am refunding for 5 out of the 7 because I am a good guy and I will always work with everyone.
Here are the pictures stryker sent me after having the corals for over 2 hours, these are the 4 ones I do not think it is reasonable to replace. However since I am obviously just another hobbiest, I will still be refunding 2 of these along with the other 3 that did arrive in bad shape, no idea what happened but thats why shipping sucks sometimes. They look perfectly healthy and I would be very happy if all my corals I bought arrived to me looking like this.
So overall, I think it is more then fair I questioned why I should refund these 4 and to make it easier, I am going to refund 2 of these even though they look very very healthy to me.
