Looking at pictures of gorilla crabs it doesn't quite look the same. They seem to have black tip claws and hairy bodies. This one is only hairy on its claws.??

You don’t want him, remove IMO.
No crab is safe, even emeralds go rouge when times are tough, ie, lack of food.
The bottom of a water bottle cut in half.
Piece of shrimp (or like) on a weight, so it don’t float.
Your choice, stand against the rock work so he can get in the top. He won’t be able to get out once he drops.
The other option is on the bottom, but you got to check more frequently....work for shrimps too.

Hold on.....
First.. a Porcelain crab has an extra set of claws that have a filter/web type to them.. You will almost always see them filtering the water for food. I can't exactly tell from your pictures,
See this picture/video of my Porcelain crab..you can see the filters.. compare this to yours. I feel if this were indeed a stone crab it would be hiding a lot more. Yours is out and seems to have the stance as mine.
