I have a few rocks that were in my QT with copper and medication. They have been sitting outdoors for over a year. I'd like to use them in my new build. Can I use bleach to neutralize any leftover meds and copper?

Bleach will not 'neutralize' any copper on or in the rocks.
If they were mine, I'd soak them and test the water for copper.
