I still haven't thought up an explanation for the nano tank I smuggled in last week.

My GF is kind of into the hobby, but she also knows how happy it makes me, so if anything she encourages me to buy stuff for the tank I probably don’t need. We also have a policy that we tell each other if we spend more than $100 on something that’s not a necessity (we don’t ask permission, we just tell each other). I just can’t imagine lying to her about how much I’ve spent (and vice versa), and I don’t think I’d want to be in a relationship where I’d have to.

No, but I've had one of my neighbors refer to me as "the guy that gets more packages delivered than anyone".

Mine carries them down to fish room for me. 40 years in June. I got 2 40 pound bags if crushed coral. She got one and I got the other and we took them to the basement. Then she washed it for me while I made screen tops.
