I have 0.0 nitrates 0.0 amm less then .25 phos 8.2 ph . Should I wait it out or get some snails I have a lil cuc wit 14 hermits n 3 peppermint shrimp n 2 stomatella. What to do?

this is my tank I have around 28lbs of LR n 25 of LS lighting is around 10hrs

It's a 29h bio cube I got my LR from coral logic. I have around 1000 gph of flow wit 2 power heads.i have around 14 hermits. 10 I bought n 4 as hh 2 brittle stars as hh a bunch of asterina ,3 peppermint shrimp for a lil extermination. I got a fuge in the back with LR n cheeta hope that helps
