digital parameter readers?

Hi

I'm planning to get a digital parameter reader something like this :

but i;m trying to find a all-in-one solution. like a device which can measure and log :

- PH
- KH
- Temp
- Ammonia
- Nitrate/Nitrite
- Phosphate levels

Do you know any device which can log/monitor all these levels?

As of now you have to physically measure Ammonia, Nitrate and phosphate. All the others can be continually monitored via certain controllers and probes.
