Hi everyone, tough to get photos but can I get some help with an ID, please? No other issues with the fish that I can see.

Thanks

White-ish filmy areas like @ngoodermuth pointed out should be viewed with great concern. They often are bacterial infections that can worsen rather quickly. Consider giving the tang a bath in an acriflavine product like Ruby Reef Rally. It has both antibiotic and antiseptic qualities and would be a very gentle first step to treat your fish. Stronger antibiotics may be necessary. Do you have NFG powder or Kanaplex, Furan2 and Metro available if needed?

Unfortunately antibiotics are generally unavailable here in Australia for regulatory reasons. Tri-sulfa is really the only available option. Acriflavine generally only comes in a multicure formula. Is that ok?

I have the following available

I'll post more pixtures later today.

All of the ingredients in the multi-cure are good for use in an antiseptic dip. I’m not familiar with the specific product, but assuming that’s what the directions will recommend.

The triple-sulfide is an antibiotic and should do the trick... should be administered in a hospital tank for at least 10 days. I would do the dip followed by the antibiotic treatment in QT if this is looking like a bacterial infection.
