This is my sump, its aqueen and its made of acrylic. If I use chamber 2 as a skimmer, and three as a refugium can I use a pump outside mounted, and can I drill the tank while its under the tank, cause I don't think it's possible to move it out? My tank is 110 gallons

If you do not mind the mess it will make, yes you can. I'd think you just valve off the influent pipe, vacuum the water out and drill. You know, if you have no other choice.

Diamond bit for arylic?
No. I always have just used a wood hole-saw and went slow. You will notice the acrylic will melt and coat the teeth of the bit. May have to pick a plastic ring off the hole saw half way through. If you push super hard, you will catch and break the acrylic. Don't let this happen or you will be finding a new sump, ofc.
