Do color changing leds blind fish?

I was changing colors on my aquarium lights, does it damage or blind the fishes eyes in anyway?
It should not as they too as humans have a retina, however dont have them so bright as to startle or blind them.

I know a guy that has a file fish that if he turns on the strobe mode for storm simulation it will pretty much act paralized and just turn on it’s side and freeze. Then return to normal swimming once the strobing stops!

i personally don't think adding gimmicks like lightening storms or turning your lights green for st. patricks day for example does anything more than stress fish out.
In a quest for rock solid stability i just generally stick to a normal light cycle

i think it looks great.
It appears you have at least one powerhead which probably moves the water pretty good. You could probably even pull the airstone from your display as the gas exchange is likely being handled fine by the surface agitation and have an even quieter tank.
