I got these for my biocube a while back; they're in my sump now. They seem really interesting and look to be better than the other bio media on the market.

Yep, I do. My sump is loaded with the marine version; I swear by the stuff.

Can you have too much in your sump and strip the tank of everything?

I'm wondering if the infusion of iron, manganese and trace elements will cause a problem down the road?
