hi guys,

first timer here based in the UK.

a newish product called ATM has started to appear here and I was wondering if anyone had used it. Any feedback would be great as I can't find much on it in England.

my reef/fish tank is about 5 months old..has been thru the cycle and is fine at the moment except for an algae break out. All my test levels are fine although my nitrate hovers around 0-5 and my phosphate is 0.1.

I am told that the ATM Outbreak could sort all of this out for me. Any thoughts out there.

thanks in advance

Your nitrates are just fine at 5 but try some kalkwasser to lower your phosphates. Should be good with a reading of 0.25 and under.

About ATM, I've used it and seen no benefits from it? But that's just my opinion. It's good for cycling a tank

I'm a little leery of ATM. That aside, I have used their Colony product twice. It did not measure up either time. Instant Ocean's Bio-Spira and Dr. Tim's One and Only blow it out of the water, and Dr. Tim's Waste-Away has really helped me with my nitrate and phosphate. It's a bottle of beneficial bacteria, basically. JUST DO NOT OVERDOSE!!!!! And don't use it within a week of another bacterial additive.

I would much sooner recommend Dr. Tim's and IO's products than ATM's.
