Hey guys! Just a quickie..
I am drip acclimating our new peacock mantis shrimp here in a few hours when it arrives.
My question is does it matter if I use the collection container or is the larger bucket better because you want more surface area?
If it doesn’t matter at all even better!
TIA and here’s a funny for the help..

i like to use a 2.5 gallon bucket for most things because it can hold temperature better, but if i'm acclimating something to my main tank i will use a smaller jar and float it in the sump to keep it temp acclimated, it doesn't matter that much but just keep in mind the less water you have in the acclimation bucket, the slower the drip should be depending on the livestock, i'd drip the shrimp for atleast an hour and a half and use a bucket to prevent a temp swing.

Thanks! I ended up using the 4QT bucket and it worked great!
