DOS Losing Prime

My DOS pump keeps losing it's prime. I have tried everything I know to fix this problem and it continues to happen. It is only on one of the heads. Any suggestions?

I had this happen when I first bought mine. I found that the peristaltic tubing was riding to one side of the rollers causing the loss of prime. I took the roller off and twisted the tube on the bulkhead so that it would align more to the center of the rollers. So far so good 4 months later.

Contact Neptune support. I had the same issue, a replacement head resolved it.
