Ok, thinking about getting a doser pump, looking for at least a 3 pump station to dose 2 part. What is everyone using and how do you feel it works, I have one in mind just want to see what others are using. I am not looking to spend a ton either so the wifi ones are out (except I love the concept) lol

I went with the jeboa dp-4 does a great job at a great price.

Jebao DP-4 is a good pump for the price. I only had 1 issue with air bubble which I fixed with new heads. Other than that, it's been reliable.
I've been looking at dosers too, but I've read in a few placed that after a while the Jebao goes bad and just starts pumping.. I'm not discounting it, just wanted to preface my question with that...

How long have you had it?

It actually fits in my cabinet in my RS reefer 450.

If the alarm goes off it stops pumping. No accidental dump of all liquid. Easy to program- no complicated computer code. Turn it up or turn it down according to testing. I'm still getting it dialed in but so far I'm stoked with it.

I may have to check out my local refurbished Hospital Supply Store... or eBay :) brand new those things are crazy expensive

I know some guys on here had better luck on eBay than I did. First one I ordered only one bank worked consistently. I asked the seller if there was a place I could get it serviced at my expense, but after he found out what I was using it for he got a little short with me. He did refund my money and said something like " only us aquarium people have problems with his pumps.
Second one made no claims to guaranteed working. Just that it " came from a working environment." That one was in worst shape than the first. I sent it off for service and now works fine.

Haha "you aquarium guys".... it's cause we don't have HMOs for our reefs lol.
Seriously though, medical pros would prob have it serviced and recalibrated automatically (humans & narcotics and all)

Money wise I think I'm into it about the same as a DOS OR a GHL. Maybe a little less. It about 3 bills to get serviced and shipped. I'm setting up a 350 for my daughter and will get the other one serviced and put in that one. I like the slow drip of these over the possibility of a timer malfunction.
I forget who I got the idea from on here, but I would give them the credit if I could. Great R2R hack.

I heard the same thing so was staying away from those.
