I am planning my reservoir configuration and am wondering what you all have seen for pumping height from a peristaltic dosing pump?

Most examples I can find are maybe 2 feet max. Anyone able to do 6 or 8 feet, for example?

Using a Stenner dual head pump I have pushed water 12 feet vertical and 25 feet horizontal for auto water changes. With peristaltic pumps the issue isn't so much water creating head, its friction in the small lines that creates most of the resistance. Using a 1/4" water line, you should be able to do 6 or 8 feet with most quality peristaltic pumps.

I'll be setting up a water change station in the next week or so using a DOS. This will need about 12 feet vertical and 6 feet horizontal for my application. I don't foresee any issues.
