ebay flatworms?

There is a guy selling "Deep red dragon's fire micro algae" on ebay and is insisting that the items on the glass are algae flakes. I think they are flatworms, having had an infestation myself. What do you guys think?
The picture might be too small here but If you go to ebay you can zoom in real big. I am tempted to post his ebay name but a search for the item (#321659180442) should take you to the right place

I didn't buy any, but tried to tell him about the flatworms. He didn't want to hear it. Said he has been doing it for 30 years and they definitely were NOT flatworms...:wacko:
