Eggs, Algae or Other?

All,

I've had my tank up for 3.5 months or so. I've been taking it slow and have 2 Chromis and a handful of zoa and mushroom frags in there now. For the second time in a week or so, I've noticed this odd patterned substance on my glass. Are these eggs from some sinister hitchhiker? Or, some sort of new algae? I believe it popped up overnight this time.

If there is something I should be doing to eradicate said creature, it would be greatly appreciated.

Great! I didn't realize they'd breed in the tank. That's pretty cool! I'll let them hang there and hopefully expand my CUC!
