First crack at keeping corals, have a 15g nano, plan was to stick to softies.
After watching some of the tidal gardens vids I ended up grabbing an elegance coral on the understanding they were pretty easy to look after.
So far so good, though i totally missed the fact they have stingers.
It was originally position in the front left of the tank but was getting too much flow, after a few location changes its done the best in the central alcove.
It's since opened up more than anticipated and now i'm worried how it's going to effect the others.
The sinularia above it is the closest, probably only a couple of cms between its base and the nearest elegance tentacle.
What should i look out for? So far everyone's happy and open, is it just a case of the sinularia for instance closing up constantly that would be the main indicator to move it or move on the elegance?
Cheers
