ELOS setup or advice

When I left the hobby, ELOS was the best. Is this still the case? If so where do you buy them. Seems very hard to find a seller. If anyone else knows of a better brand for tank and stand, LMK.

I purchased my last Elos directly from Elos Italy. Since Jesse (Elos USA) left Elos a few years ago, things are not the same here in the US. I believe Aquarium Specialty can order them for you, This is my third Elos, and I am still a big fan of them.
