looks like a paly of some sort, I got rid of mine, some people see these as a pest. Mine were ugly as can be they hiked in on a LR piece. I just ripped them out and put epoxy over the foot left.

That's the thing.... no new live rock. I get the hitchhiker thing.... I suspect that perhaps it was transported into my tank from another dimension. Or even the future! OMG what if it's a message we must translate to save our world from evil galactic overlords!
