Evo 13.5 stocking??

Hi! Im new to the SW hobby and my first aquarium is a Evo Fluval 13.5 would a pair of clown fish and a goby shrimp pair be to much for my tank?

IMO yes. Clowns can get a little fighty amongst themselves so I try to give them room to flee if they need to. Also the shrimp/goby combo will need at least a 3 inch sand bed which further limits available space. Have you considered any other fish. I would suggest a royal gramma, or some sort of goby/blenny.
