I hate to be this way, but it is what it is.
I’ll start with the back story.
On August 27 tsa posted a video with 4 frags. (Screenshot pic)
on the 30th of August I messaged them on ig and asked the name and prices. Found out they were out of my price range. Fast forward to their live sale. I messaged them on ig and asked if this frag was from the video.
they responded with as matter of fact it is the same frag. So I pulled the trigger and bought it. I intentionally picked the latest delivery date as I could.(they were nice enough to change the date by a day per my request).(they even let me change a couple frags for another)
So today is delivery day and as you could imagine I was like a kid before Christmas. Everything came in fine and looking healthy I mean super polp extension on the bag. The only issue I had was the Circus freak didn’t look correct to me. Granted I have been staring at the screen shot above for 3 weeks and a day. So I messaged them on ig and told them I got the wrong frag. They ensured me that I received the correct frag. Here’s the picture of what I received yes it’s colored to the T and looks great.

After a few paragraphs ensuring me that that’s the correct frag I was guaranteed that if I turned the frag around it would look the same. So here’s the pic of that.
it’s clearly not the wysiwyg frag I ordered. Am I out of line for being upset that not only did I receive the wrong frag but I’m still being guaranteed that that’s the right frag. I wound up buying 3 of the 4 frags from the initial screen shot I posted. The other 2 are encrusted and the one in question is not.
I have a few questions I need answered.
1. Has anyone seen a frag plug that clean on something cut a month ago?
2. Same question with the glue. Have you ever seen glue that clean and fresh looking on something that was cut a month ago?
3. Would you be mad if you received a fresh cut frag rather than the wysiwyg frag you ordered?
